God would never ask that Man..

God
-
Would never ask that Man
-
Should kill
-
Or
-
Terrorise
-
Or
-
Maim
-
Though deceived
-
(As many are)
-
Such beliefs
-
Men do proclaim

Religions of Man IX - Evil are they

Evil
-
Are they
-
Who
-
Through Religion
-
Preach Death
-
Truly
-
They are not of God

Morning

Cold wind buffets faces rudely

In the early morning light

Sending tears not of sadness

As we leave our place of night

Into a world of a pale half moon

Flying high in a daytime sky

For a second an awareness

Shelter is how we survive

Reminding us

We are of nature

And

From nature

Cannot hide

Robin

Image Dangermouse

Redbreast Robin

Stands 'pon two small stakes
Both angled steady, for appearance sake
-
As mariners might stand upon a heaving deck
He owns wherever he doth set
-
So small a thing, he looks with steady eye
On all who might approach
His sturdy thigh
-
This bird
-
An ounce of fluff and sinew, chance some bone
-
His heart a pea
-
Was from a Tiger
Surely grown

Sonnet 66 - comment..

Each word here hearkens from the past
-
Each word here speaks
Of bitter winters blast
-

Of England
in
Elizabethan cloak

And yet
Of life, of death invited, e'en invoked
-
Where all of consequence
Time ordered
Now be broke
-
Save love alone for one
-
For whom these words he wrote..

Comment on Sonnet 66 by William Shakespeare

By Emotion Borne

World that we wear
-
By time
From
Spirit torn
-
Through simple love t''would seem
-
We may become
-
Immortal
-
By
Emotion
-
Born

Tribute to..

Marsh marigolds at sunrise spring
From
Stratford's marshes green
-
Where Shakespeare
Beauty doth compare
With larks that sweetness sing

Tribute to "Aubade" by

William Shakespeare

Comment on..

Indeed this beauty Will doth scribe
Is
Beauty true

Such
That it casts a shadow 'cross the world
That we would view

That beauty
Seen by eyes on Earth
Takes on cold winter's hues

Compared to that seen by his heart

In summer

Loving you
