When you are Seventy

When you are Seventy

-

If you can balance on one leg

Long enough to put a sock on the other foot

Before you fall over

Then consider yourself

Extremely fortunate

When you are born into this life

-

You have no 'Rights'

-

Just an opportunity

Something to remember..

If you can get yourself up and dressed in the morning on your own

-

Consider yourself very fortunate

Life is quite fragile

Life is quite fragile

-

-

With the ice

-

With the desert

-

With the wind

-

When it blows

World that we wear

By time from spirit torn

Outlived

Comment on Shakespeare's Sonnet 146 -The centre of my sinful earth....

But writ by Will

With ink, and pen
